I rated everything at 10 because pitstop arabia was the only place I found these same exact tyres. They are the same ones that my brand new BMW came with and I have never ever complained so wanted to keep the same ones. Also the prices were so great and service to install in Abu Dhabi was so smooth. I was so skeptical at first to buy tyres online but this has been so so great and amazing. Whatsapp service even better. My only comment was that I didnt receive email confirmations or shipment updates which got me anxious only because I was skeptical but over all it took 24 hours only!
