The outer section features shoulder blocks which makes the tyre rigid at higher speeds which makes the car perform better during high-speed cornering. Irrespective of the MaxContact MC6’s size, they have a traction rating of ‘AA'. Only 3 per cent of tyres have the AA rating, making this tyre a true ultra-high-performance tyre. The design of the tyre also helps reduce the threat of overheating or blowout.
