My tyre blew out unexpectedly - your customer advisor (forgot the name!) was a lovely lady who was super friendly and super helpful. She made sure that the tyres I purchased were sent straight away to the garage and helped me choose the garage most convenient to my location. Overall, very happy customer!

Extremely quick response, i had 2 flat tires around 3pm, until the tow truck came and we reached the workshop, pitstop had already called back and i had new tires installed and aligned the same evening just after 7 pm
