They keep you posted at every step of the process, I received a call to confirm my order 5 minutes after I made the purchase, then 1 hour later received another call to confirm my tires are available at the shop for installation, shop was already expecting me at the time I made the booking, they installed and balanced the tires quickly but carefully, then they call you to check if everything was OK.
