I was not greeted when I arrived and the staff were not communicative in the process when changing my tyres . Very unprofessional and not courteous. Unfortunately did not feel welcomed at all sorry to say. Bottom line , I would not be going there again. Read Less

  Although i was much earlier than scheduled time of installation, I was told that i had to wait as there were no lifts available. Also when i said I was told about the time of the appointment, they said the time was committed by PitStopArabia and not them. Only after much insistence i was lucky to get attended. I believe the Installer was overloaded with walk-in services and hence was busy. The mechanics working there are knowledgeable, but were asked to hurry up due to other commitments. Overall a good experience not great. Read Less

  First time i booked for 7 PM but by the time i arrived there it was 7:20 and they were fully closed no one was there. 2nd time after the service is done, they totally scratched my rims and its deeps scratches the type that can't even be removed. In the meantime I got a quotation elsewhere. Very poor customer service, sales and business skills. If one of my employees lost a new customer because they didn’t bother to send them a quotation (which the customer asked for), I would sack them immediately without a second thought. Read Less

  Ordered my new rear tyres yesterday and went to Stop & Go to have them fitted today. Service from Wayl was exceptional!!!! I was greeted as soon as i parked the car and then they did a complete sanitization before taking the vehicle. As an added request i asked them to please check a balance concern which they did without any issues. They also kindly rotated front to rear. Service was professional and speedy.   The tyre change was a good service and I did requested and was asked before committing to it if I did want the alignment done. What I found really suspicious was never ever having troubles with my battery and after less than an hour in the garage I had to buy a new one to be able to remove the car from the garage. I will use Pitstop Arabia again, but never again that garage. Read Less

  I will definitely not recommend that service. 1/ I asked them to fit metal valves and he confirmed that they have and will do - Then they started the work and tried to remove the tyres and then told me they can't fit metal valves because they don't have them.2/ they did not have the right nuts to unbolt the wheel nuts .. unbelievable. 3/ then they used the tool from my cars toolbox and damaged it.4/ they refitted the tyres and had no proper tools.Never again .. no thanks.
