The Cobra Radial G/T are designed with a lower tread void ratio which increases the contact surface with the road to provide better traction, while the notched center rib prolongs treadwear. Its open-shoulder slots and modified tread element shape also provide resistance against uneven wear as well as all-season capability. The Cobra Radial G/T has resistance against aquaplaning due to its wide large circumferential grooves enable faster clearing out of water from the treads. The tire's internal construction combines low-stretch polyester plies with sturdy steel belts to increase stability and to offer a smooth driving experience. Cooper's Cobra Radial G/T also comes with an optimized pitch sequence to reduce on-road noise.
