  I was impressed with the positive attitude and proficiency of the operators installing the tires. They allowed me to examine the tires and observe the process, which I like to do, and addressed all my technical questions. The only improvement point I would suggest is better diligence with observing the social distancing and mask wearing, as some individuals walked around and stayed in the customer area with the masks slid down their chins, which made me uncomfortable. I would expect the reception staff to interfere and request everyone to adhere to the regulations, but that did not happen. اقرأ اقل

  This place is a hidden gem among the hundreds of messy and unreliable tyre shops. I got my full set of tyres replaced here after purchasing on one of the online tyre shopping platforms. Sand Dance Tyres was selected as the installer and I am very satisfied overall. The appointment was made on the phone and the car was taken to the service area immediately after arrival. The staff is polite and welcoming, and I am able to check the service progress of my car on a large screen in the waiting area. The interior is very cozy and there's a coffee machina available for the customers. There are hand sanitizers everywhere and generally the entire place is very clean and well organized.Excellent experience overall!After driving the car on the new tyres I have experienced a noticeable vibration above 120kph. I will definitely have to take the car back to the installer to see if rebalancing the tyres can fix the problem. اقرأ اقل

  On 10/2022 I had new tires fitted at Sand Dance Tyres- AL QOUZ 4.I was a customer of theirs, and until today, nothing to complain about.Now, and since this fitting, I am still waiting for them to contact me for a problem noted, and sent to PitStopArabia for which the garage worked in partnership.my aluminum rims were scratched when they removed the old rim caps, the glue not cleaned. a sloppy job, done in a hurry.I can not reasonably leave good feedback on such sloppy workmanship, and for the follow up on my complaint. watch the work, and make sure it's done right I can only advise. اقرأ اقل
